1. Who we are
Snirkles is an independent original animated children's brand. This website is informational: it describes the brand and links to our official social channels.
2. Snirkles Studio Publisher
"Snirkles Studio Publisher" is our internal, first-party publishing tool. It is used solely by the Snirkles team to upload, schedule, and publish our own videos to Snirkles-owned social media accounts (including our official TikTok account, @snirkles) and to read back our own posts' status and metrics. It is not offered to, distributed to, or usable by any third party, and it never interacts with any account other than our own.
3. Content
All Snirkles characters, videos, and artwork are owned by Snirkles. Some of our animation is produced with AI tools under our team's direction and review; such videos are labeled as AI-generated on the platforms where they appear. You may not reproduce our content commercially without written permission.
4. No accounts, no user content
This website offers no user accounts, uploads, comments, or purchases.
5. Disclaimer
The website and tool are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snirkles is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
